Yes! Love & Bisous offers an assortment of floral arrangements from big to small. All floral arrangements are priced by the stem and customized ensuring quality and freshness. All orders and inquiries can be placed by emailing email@example.com.
+ Are you able to ship fresh flowers and succulents in gift boxes?:
Unfortunately, fresh flower arrangements and succulents are only available for local South Florida deliveries.
+ How much is shipping?:
Shipped gift boxes are calculated based on size and weight of the package.
+ What are your delivery fees?:
Hand-delivery charges are calculated based on proximity from our Fort Lauderdale office.
+ What happens to a local delivery when the recipient is not there to receive it?:
If the recipient is unavailable to receive their delivery, the gift will be left at the delivery location. We take a photo of every gift delivered and we will notify you where the gift has been left so you can let the recipient know. Love & Bisous cannot be held liable for theft or damage of the gift if the intended recipient is unavailable to receive their delivery.
+ What is your return policy?:
Due to the custom nature of the gifting process, all orders are non-refundable. I take effort to package and ship each gift box as carefully as possible. If the carrier damaged your package in shipment, please notify us within 24 hours with your information, a description and photos of broken products and packaging. Please make sure to keep all of the original packing material and box. A product is considered replaceable based on the situation and can vary case by case.
Sales tax is only charged for orders within the state of Florida.
